Our Process

- Preliminary Meeting: We will meet with you to discuss the size, scope, budget & goals of your project.

- Proposal: After meeting with you, we will generate & submit a proposal for you to review.

- Concept Plans: Once a proposal is agreed upon & signed, we will design concept plans that fit within the scope of your project. Once completed, these concept plans will be submitted to you for your review & approval.

- Final Plans: Upon approval of the concept plans, we will draft final plans. This includes making any requested modifications, & reviewing for building code compliance before submitting to you for final review & approval.

- Project Oversight: Once the final plans are approved, we will work with your contractor of choice to see your project through to completion.
